Fair, transparent and consistent admissions aligned to awarding‑body and partner requirements.
Scope & Principles
- Applies to all programmes offered or facilitated by Estudyquals and partner centres.
- Committed to equity, non‑discrimination, data protection and reasonable adjustments.
- Final admission decisions for partner‑delivered awards rest with the receiving institution.
Entry Criteria
- Academic: Normally a prior qualification/experience appropriate to the target level (RQF/EQF L3–L8).
- English: CEFR B2 (or equivalent) for most programmes; higher bands may apply.
- Additional: Course‑specific prerequisites may include portfolio, interview or task.
Application Process
- Enquiry: Contact us or submit an online form for guidance on suitability.
- Submission: Provide application form and required documents (see below).
- Review: Academic check against entry criteria; English verification; interview/task if required.
- Decision: Offer / Conditional Offer / Unsuccessful with reasons.
- Acceptance: Accept offer, complete any conditions, and arrange fee payment/enrolment.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) & Credit Transfer
RPL may be considered in line with awarding‑body policy. Any credit transfer or advanced standing is awarded solely by the receiving institution and cannot be guaranteed by Estudyquals.
Fees, Deposits & Refunds
- Fees are communicated in offers and programme pages; third‑party fees (e.g., exams, courier) may be separate.
- Deposits secure a place where required; non‑payment may delay enrolment or assessment access.
- Refunds/withdrawals follow the current policy and any partner conditions.
Admissions Decisions & Appeals
- Applicants receive a clear decision with reasons and, where relevant, conditions to be met.
- Informal queries should be raised promptly with Admissions.
- Formal appeals may be made on grounds of procedural error, bias/unfair treatment, or new extenuating evidence.
Data Protection & Retention
- Application data is processed under our Privacy Policy and retained per statutory/awarding‑body requirements.
- Sensitive data is handled with additional safeguards and access controls.
Accessibility & Reasonable Adjustments
We welcome applications from learners with disabilities or additional needs. Reasonable adjustments are considered on a case‑by‑case basis in line with awarding‑body rules and assessment integrity.
