“Estudyquals”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Estudyquals. “You” and “your” refer to the website user, learner, or prospective applicant.
“Partner” means an awarding organisation, university, NGO, or validation/certification body we collaborate with. “Programme” means any course, module, qualification, or service offered or facilitated by Estudyquals.
Using our website
- You agree to use the site lawfully and not to infringe the rights of others.
- Content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice.
- We may suspend or withdraw the site or any part of it for operational reasons.
Programmes & progression
- Programme availability, delivery mode, fees, and entry criteria may vary by cohort and region.
- Where we reference progression routes (e.g., top‑ups, Masters), this is subject to the receiving institution’s criteria and capacity.
- Recognition or acceptance of any qualification or award is at the discretion of the receiving organisation.
Applications & admissions
- We provide guidance on applications; final admission decisions are made solely by the receiving institution.
- You must ensure that all information and documents provided are accurate and complete.
- We may withdraw or amend guidance where requirements change.
Fees & payments
- Fees will be communicated prior to enrolment/booking and may change due to external costs or currency movements.
- Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of third‑party charges (e.g., exam fees, university application fees, courier costs).
- Payments are due by the stated deadlines. Late or missing payments may delay services or assessments.
Cancellations & refunds
- Statutory consumer rights apply where relevant. We also publish a refunds/withdrawals policy—please review the latest version before enrolling.
- Refund eligibility may depend on programme stage, delivery already provided, and external partner terms.
Credit transfer
Credit transfer is assessed and awarded solely by the receiving institution according to its rules. Estudyquals makes no guarantee of credit transfer. We provide documentation to help you present your learning for consideration where appropriate.
Intellectual property
All site content (text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is owned by or licensed to Estudyquals and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission, except where permitted by law.

Liability
- We exclude liability for loss or damage arising from use of the site where lawful to do so.
