Overview
This Level 6 programme develops practitioner competence in measuring and coaching physiological self‑regulation. Learners use biofeedback instruments to assess autonomic markers and design evidence‑informed protocols for anxiety, stress, headaches, sleep, chronic pain and attention. Ethics, safety and data handling are embedded throughout.

- Psychophysiology Basics: ANS, HPA axis, stress response, homeostasis
- Instrumentation & Sensors: HRV (ECG/PPG), EMG, GSR/SCR, respiration, peripheral temperature
- Signal Quality & Safety: placement, artefacts, calibration, hygiene, contraindications
- Data & Interpretation: baseline, reactivity, recovery; trend charts; goal setting and client education
- Protocols & Applications: stress/anxiety regulation, pain & migraine, insomnia/sleep hygiene, attention & performance
- Neurofeedback Introduction: EEG bands, attention/arousal concepts, scope & referral
- Professional Practice: consent, data protection, scope/ethics, SOAP notes and aftercare
Study Mode & Duration

Progression & Careers
Progress to Level 6 Biofeedback & Bioresonance or the Level 7 PG Dip in Bioresonance & Biofeedback Analysis. Roles: Biofeedback Practitioner, Wellness/Stress‑Management Coach, Rehab Assistant, or integration into physiotherapy/psychology practices (within scope).
