Course Description 

French is one of the world’s major languages after the English language. It is the main official language in France, in parts of Belgium and Switzerland, in Monaco, in parts of Canada. In addition is widely spoken in north and west Africa, Lebanon, and parts of southeast Asia, particularly in former French colonies. It is an official or a main second language in 55 countries worldwide.

Who is it for

The French Language Everyday Level 1 certificate is for those :

1. needing to personally develop;
2. extend their skills   ;

The Learners should have:

• good command of English ;
• a good basic understanding of literacy, numeracy, and ICT;

Prior basic Learning of French is not a prerequisite as this is an initial Level of French language qualification.

Obtaining a French  Every day level 1 certificate will help learners in a variety of paths. Learners may continue to obtain a higher level certification to progress to a Higher Level of French Language.

The  assessment approach for this qualification consists of:

• Quiz exam to be completed

A hard copy of the TQUK  (UK endorsed )certificate to successful candidates that are enhanced with this course.
