Unlike traditional on-campus programs, our work-based courses are driven by self-study, empowering you to utilize your motivation, enthusiasm, and time to complete your studies. The structure of your studies is personalized to you, incorporating a combination of mandatory and optional distance learning modules and work-based projects, providing a unique and dynamic learning environment. The MBA, known as the Masters in Business Administration, is a highly esteemed postgraduate qualification valued by business professionals and employers worldwide. Entry to the MBA program is based on your management experience, eliminating the need for previous academic qualifications to join the program.

The Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) allows you to leverage your existing qualifications and experience to earn credits towards your degree, enabling a more efficient completion of your program.
RPL is the official recognition of an individual’s current skills and knowledge, regardless of when, where, or how the learning took place.
While a typical requirement for postgraduate degree courses is a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, we may consider accepting qualifications like HNDs and Foundation degrees if you possess significant post-qualification experience in responsible roles.
English language: Candidates should also have a qualification for English Language at Level B1 (or equivalent)
Obtaining RBI MBA WORK-BASED learners can progress to a university.

Degrees based on work experience at levels 6 and 7 are authorized and adhere to the standards of the British education system. They align with the regulations set by the Office for Students (OFS) and Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) in the United Kingdom.
While these qualifications are generally acknowledged on an international level, it’s important to note that, similar to distance learning programs, each country may have its own specific regulations and guidelines concerning work-based and distance education. Before enrolling in our program, it is advisable to verify with the qualification recognition authority in your residing country or the country where you plan to seek employment to ensure that the work-based degrees are recognized by them.
RPL allows you to apply up to two-thirds of the required credits for your degree. You have the option to customize the course to align with your professional and personal goals, as well as your employer’s objectives. The learning process is adaptable, giving you the flexibility to study wherever is most suitable for you and plan your studies around your current commitments.
RPL allows you to apply up to 90 credits towards the required 120 credits. Depending on your situation, anticipate dedicating a certain amount of time to complete the course. You have the flexibility to customize your learning experience to align with your career goals, personal aspirations, and your employer’s objectives. The adaptable learning approach enables you to study at your convenience and organize your study sessions around your existing commitments.
